Nathan J. Forck, Attorney at Law, is a graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia Law School and focuses on the areas of Estate Planning and Nursing Care Planning.   As an attorney at The Elder Firm, LLC, he has helped his clients to preserve their assets and become eligible for nursing home benefits. 
  
Nathan has extensive knowledge of program eligibilities and administrative law with the goal of guiding families and helping them to develop a long term care plan that will protect their assets.

Nathan is a US Army veteran and served in Bosnia (1997-1998) and Iraq (2003-2004) and is a member of VFW Post 1003.  He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri as well as the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is a member of the Cole County Bar Association. 

Nathan and Annie have four beautiful little girls: Olivia, Stella, Lucy and Birdie.
